Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable $25 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Additionally, a valid credit or debit card must be placed on file (no exceptions). Your card will not be charged unless: A cancellation fee is incurred. A no-show or late policy violation occurs. 2. Evening Appointments: Any appointment scheduled at 7:00 PM or later will include a $25 evening fee. 3. No-Call/No-Show Policy: Failure to show up to your appointment without prior notice will result in a $75 no-show fee. If this happens, you may book future appointments but will be required to pay a deposit of at least 50% of the service cost. After three (3) no-call/no-show incidents, you will no longer be allowed to book any services with me. 4. Confirmation Policy: Appointments must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior. If your appointment is not confirmed within this timeframe, it will be canceled automatically. 5. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 100% of the service cost. Exceptions: I understand that life happens, and certain exceptions may be made based on the circumstance.Please note that if you book multiple services and decide to cancel one upon arrival, a $25 cancellation fee will be applied. My schedule is by appointment only, and last-minute cancellations impact my ability to accommodate other clients. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time. 6. Nail Work Policy: I can work over existing nail enhancements, provided they are in good condition. If the enhancements are not in good condition, they will need to be removed at the time of your appointment ($15 removal fee). Nail repairs are guaranteed for 4 days following your appointment. After this period, repairs will incur a $5–$10+ fee, depending on the repair. 7. Late Arrival Policy: Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will incur a $15 late fee. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged the full cost of the service.
